BILLING:

• All payments are auto-drafted on the 1st of each calendar month. Families are able to save a bank account or DEBIT/CREDIT card (with 3.5% service charge) in our system for hassle-free payments.

• Miscellaneous fees (recital, costume, etc.) will be posted to your account within 5 days of due date.

PAYMENTS:

• Fees will be auto-drafted on each due date from the PAYMENT ACCOUNT INFO ADDED BY YOU IN YOUR STUDIO ACCOUNT THROUGH THE STUDIO APP.

• BANK ACCOUNT INFO STORED WILL NOT INCUR AN ADDITIONAL PROCESSING FEE.

• credit/debit card INFO STORED WILL INCUR a 3.5% processing charge FOR EACH PAYMENT MADE.



LATE FEES AND OVERDUE BALANCES:

• A late fee of $25 will be assessed on the 6th of each month for any declined payment.

• Any student with an overdue balance of more than 30 days will not be allowed into class until payment in full is received. This policy will be strictly enforced.



THE QUALITY OF OUR FACILITY AND STAFF DEPENDS UPON A SYSTEM OF MUTUAL RESPECT AND COOPERATION. WE UNDERSTAND THAT ANYONE MAY MAKE A LATE PAYMENT FROM TIME TO TIME, BUT PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR LATE FEE POLICY AND WHEN APPLICABLE, GRACIOUSLY INCLUDE YOUR LATE FEE IN YOUR NEXT PAYMENT.
