Acrobatics is the performance of human feats of balance, agility, and motor coordination. Acrobatic skills are used in performing arts, sporting events, and martial arts.
PreSchool Acro is offered to ages 3-5.
Acro in graduated levels is offered to ages 6 & up.
Acro Classes are divided by a combination of experience and age.
Students in Beginning Acro (Ages 6 & Up with 0-3 years of experience) have the opportunity to learn: bridge, headstand, chest stand, handstand, cartwheel, cartwheel variations, front limber, round off, and aerial prep.
Students in Intermediate Acro (ages 9 & up with 4-5 years of experience) have the opportunity to learn: walkovers, walking handstands, handsprings, Valdez, tinsica
Students in Advanced Acro (ages 13& up with 6-8 years of experience) have the opportunity to learn Aerial, tuck, Arabian, layout, step out, combos.
*NOTE: Acro is a non-recital class which runs September-May.
